1. Order Processing Time
- Live fish orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders are dispatched based on fish availability, weather conditions, and delivery location.
- In case of any unexpected delay, we will notify you via phone or WhatsApp.
- Live fish are not shipped on weekends or public holidays to ensure their safety.
2. Packing Details (Live Fish)
- All live fish are packed using oxygen-filled, sealed bags with appropriate insulation.
- Packing is done carefully to minimize stress during transit.
- Each order undergoes a health check before dispatch.
3. Damage / DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy
If your live fish arrive dead or in poor condition:
To raise a claim:
- A clear, continuous, uncut unboxing video from the moment the package is opened is mandatory.
- The video must clearly show the condition of the fish.
❗ Claims will not be accepted without proper video proof.
4. Delivery Timeframe
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared. Tracking updates may take up to 12 hours to reflect.
Estimated Delivery Times for Live Fish:
- Karnataka: 1–2 business days
- South India: 2–4 business days
- North India: 3–5 business days
- North East India: 5–7 business days

5. Shipping Partners
Live fish are shipped only through reliable courier partners capable of handling time-sensitive deliveries.
Courier selection depends on destination and fastest available route.
6. Important Notes
- Live fish shipping is subject to weather conditions and regional restrictions.
- Once dispatched, address changes or redirection are not allowed.
- Delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, but we will assist wherever possible.
