At Royal Aquarium, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent return experience. Please read the guidelines below carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
Return Window: Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Proof Required:
A clear unboxing video showing the product condition and explaining the reason for return is mandatory.
❗ Returns cannot be processed without an unboxing video.

Return Shipping:
Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
If shipping fees are not paid in advance, they will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Inspection & Refunds
Once the product reaches our facility, it will undergo a quality inspection.
The product condition will be verified against the submitted unboxing video.
Refund Timeline:
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to their nature, the following items cannot be returned:
- Live Fish
5. Warranty Information
Products do not carry any warranty unless provided directly by the manufacturer.
Royal Aquarium does not offer additional store warranties.
6. Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch:
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped.
After Dispatch:
Cancellations are not allowed once the shipment is in transit.
Cancellation Fee:
A 15% processing fee will be deducted from the order value.
Courier / Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Timeline:
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7–10 business days.
